Shipping Information
How long does shipping take?
Orders usually arrive within 2–5 working days (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm), depending on your location in Malaysia.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only deliver within Malaysia. International shipping will be available soon.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
No, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid residential or office address when placing your order.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. If the parcel is returned to us, a re-delivery fee will be charged.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes, please WhatsApp us at +6012-345 6789 within 12 hours of your order. After 24 hours, you’ll be responsible for any extra shipping costs.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, you’ll receive a tracking ID by email once your parcel has been shipped. You can also find it in your account.
Can I cancel my order before it ships?
Yes, simply contact us via WhatsApp within 12 hours of placing your order. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund.

Is my personal information safe on your website?
Absolutely. We use SSL encryption and secure payment gateways to ensure your data is protected at all times.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept FPX online banking, credit/debit cards, and e-wallets such as Touch ’n Go.
Do you store my card or payment details?
No, we do not store any card or payment details. All transactions are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
Exchange & Refund
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 3 working days of delivery if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Contact us immediately if this happens.
What items are eligible for return?
Returned items must be:
- In original packaging and condition (including any free gifts)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
- Shipped back within 7 working days of receiving your order
Who covers the return shipping fees?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or damaged items).
Do you allow returns for change of mind?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or cancellations due to a change of mind once payment is confirmed.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Bank transfer: funds will be credited to your bank account
- Credit card: refunded to your issuing bank (check with them for timing)
